SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is based on a flat rate price and calculated by USPS in live time. Please allow for 10-14 days after your order for processing and delivery within the U.S. A delivery notification will be sent once your order is packaged and shipped with tracking included. For International orders please contact us via email or our contact form on the home page to place your order determine shipping costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All custom order sales are final. If a product arrives damaged please contact us via email or our contact form on the home page to arrange for a replacement of your damaged item(s). If a product arrives damaged please supply images of the product as well as your order number and we will do our best to replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.
